How should a person be? After reading this book, I think a person should be a lot younger than I am to fully appreciate this one.
There were parts I liked. There were parts that were mind-numbingly self-indulgent. There were parts where I rolled my eyes and would have considered throwing it across the room, if it wasn't on the cute little Kindle I just got for Christmas. I did finish it, so that's something. But I'm definitely not the angst-filled 20-something audience for this book.
Slight spoiler alert:
If your protagonist, without any trace of satire or irony, comes to a major life conclusion after sticking her nose in some man's hairy ass, you've probably lost me.
